Before you choose

What is the difference between the two 3L fountains?

PF044 has a plain top and PF076 has a blue top. Their functions are the same. Both use PF125 replacement filters and the PF073-03 replacement pump. Choose the appearance you prefer.

Am I buying a fountain or a replacement part?

Select “Complete Fountain” for the fountain. “Replacement Filters” and “Replacement Pump” are parts only and do not include a fountain. Check the selected option and image before adding to your cart.

What should I check if the 3L fountain gets louder or the flow slows?

Check the water level first. Unplug before inspecting or cleaning the pump, intake and water path according to the manual. Remove hair or buildup and check that the parts are seated correctly. Water sounds can change with the fill level; the fountain is not silent. If the problem remains, contact PetNF rather than repeatedly restarting it.

Does filtration replace regular cleaning?

No. Refresh the water and clean the reservoir, drinking tray, spout and pump regularly according to the manual. Check the filter for buildup and replace it as directed. A clear reservoir helps you see the water level, but clear-looking water does not mean the fountain is clean.

What if my cat does not use the fountain straight away?

Give your cat time to investigate it in a familiar, quiet location. Keep their usual water bowl available during the transition and do not force them to use the fountain. Preferences vary; no fountain can guarantee that every cat will prefer it.

Should I buy a new pump if mine stops working?

First check the setup and cleaning guidance in your manual. If the pump still does not work, contact Quality Issue Replacement with your order and problem details. A non-user-caused quality issue can be reviewed for a free replacement under the applicable policy before you pay for another part.
