Start here when water flow stops
Mineral deposits, hair and debris can block the impeller. Disconnect the fountain from power, remove the pump and clean the pump cavity and impeller before requesting a replacement.

Safety: Unplug the power supply before removing, opening or cleaning the pump. Cleaning may resolve common blockages but does not replace inspection of a damaged cord or housing.
