Which capacity should I choose?

D2431 holds 2 gallons, D2419 holds 2.4 gallons, and D2341, D2223 and D2340 hold 2.6 gallons. Consider how many pets share the fountain and how often you want to refill it. Check water daily; refill frequency varies with drinking habits.

How much care does a fountain need?

Check water daily and clean the drinking area, filter holder and pump regularly according to your model manual. Unplug before cleaning. If flow weakens or noise increases, check the water level and clean hair or buildup from the pump intake and impeller before restarting.

Which replacement filter fits my fountain?

D2431 uses its own small square filter, one at a time, sold in an 8-pack. The cylindrical 4-pack filters fit D2223, D2322, D2340 and the D2341 family. For any other model, confirm the listing or contact PetNF before buying.

What if my fountain has a quality issue?

Contact PetNF through Quality Issue Replacement with your order and problem details. Non-user-caused quality issues can be reviewed for a free replacement under the applicable policy. Setup and cleaning help are also available.
