PetNF customer privacy
This Policy explains what personal information PetNF collects, why we use it, who receives it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.

PetNF is a consumer brand owned by an individual. LesoRocity (Shenzhen) Industrial Co., Ltd. ("LesoRocity," "we," "us," or "our") operates petnf.com and the store, checkout, account, contact, warranty, pump-support, product-registration, review, and customer-service experiences linked to it (collectively, the "Services"). For this Policy, LesoRocity is responsible for personal information handled through the Services.
For purposes of this Policy, "personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an individual or household. It does not include information that is lawfully public, deidentified, or aggregated.
1. Scope
This Policy applies when you visit our website, place or attempt to place an order, create an account, subscribe to marketing, submit a review, contact support, register a product, request warranty or pump support, apply to test a product, or otherwise interact with PetNF online.
Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information in order to provide storefront, checkout, payment, fraud-prevention, account, analytics, and related commerce services. Shopify may act as our service provider and, for some services, as an independent business. Review the Shopify Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Controls.
Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for this store. Shopify may securely use information from your interactions with PetNF together with information from your interactions with Shopify and other Shopify merchants to provide Enhanced Services, including store protection, performance, personalization, analytics, and advertising. Information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers in countries where they operate. Other merchants cannot directly access PetNF customer data through Network Intelligence.
This Policy does not govern third-party websites, marketplaces, social platforms, or services that publish their own privacy notices.

PetNF does not sell personal information for money. Certain disclosures of identifiers, device information, internet activity, or inferences to advertising or analytics partners may, however, be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under some U.S. state privacy laws. Where required, you may opt out as described below.
6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
PetNF, Shopify, and our providers use cookies, pixels, software development kits, local storage, and similar technologies. These may be necessary to operate checkout and security, remember preferences, measure performance, understand visits, personalize experiences, or support advertising.
You can use available cookie or privacy controls on the Site, adjust browser settings, or use an industry-supported opt-out mechanism. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working.
Where required by applicable law, we treat a supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device that sends the signal. Because there is no uniform legal or technical standard for other "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to them unless required by law.
7. Data retention
Retention depends on the information and purpose. We consider the length of the customer relationship, order and warranty lifecycle, need to provide support, tax and accounting obligations, product-safety obligations, fraud and security needs, dispute limitation periods, legal holds, and backup schedules.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete, deidentify, or aggregate it, subject to legal and technical limitations.

Confirm whether we process your information and request access to information we maintain about you.
Request correction of inaccurate personal information, taking account of its nature and use.
Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions and records we must retain.
Request a portable copy of eligible personal information in a usable format.
Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling where those rights apply.
Where provided by state law, request a list of specific third parties that received personal information.
Request limits on certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable. PetNF does not use it to infer characteristics.
Exercise rights without unlawful discrimination and appeal a denied request where state law provides that right.
Email support@petnf.com with the subject Privacy Request, or use our Contact page. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records.
To opt out of data sharing or targeted advertising where applicable, use Your Privacy Choices or a supported Global Privacy Control signal.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and authority. We use verification information only for that purpose. An authorized agent may submit an opt-out request and, where allowed, other requests; we may require proof of authorization and direct identity confirmation. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
To appeal a denied request, reply to our decision or email support@petnf.com with the subject Privacy Appeal. We will review and respond as required by applicable law.

9. California privacy notice
During the preceding 12 months, PetNF may have collected the categories described in Section 2: identifiers; customer-record information; commercial information; internet or electronic activity; approximate geolocation; audio, visual, or user-submitted content; inferences; and limited sensitive personal information such as account credentials. Sources, business purposes, and categories of recipients are described in Sections 3 through 6.
We collect the categories listed above for the purposes described in this Policy. We retain each category only for as long as reasonably necessary under the criteria in Section 7. We do not sell personal information for money. We may share identifiers, device information, internet activity, and inferences for cross-context behavioral advertising, which California law may define as "sharing." You may opt out through the methods in Section 8 and by using a supported GPC signal.
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, and opt out of sale or sharing, and may not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. PetNF does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CCPA. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
California's "Shine the Light" law may permit residents to request information about certain disclosures for third parties' own direct-marketing purposes. Submit any such request to support@petnf.com with the subject California Privacy Request.
10. Children's privacy
PetNF does not direct the Services to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not submit personal information through the Services. If we learn that we collected such information without legally required parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
A parent or legal guardian who believes a child submitted personal information may contact support@petnf.com. We do not knowingly sell or use for targeted advertising the personal information of individuals under 16 where prohibited by law.
11. Security and transfers
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. Payment information is handled by Shopify and payment providers using their security controls. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
PetNF, Shopify, and our providers may process information in the United States, Canada, or other locations where they operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. We use contractual, technical, and organizational measures as appropriate to protect information when it is transferred.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, providers, or legal obligations. We will post the updated Policy with a revised date. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change applies.
