Empty the bowl, close the water control where fitted, and secure the dispenser upright.

Which dispenser should I choose?
Choose PF131 for push-button serving, D2408 for twist-control serving, or D2510 for gravity-fed refilling while set down. All three have a built-in pull-out bowl. Consider your pet’s drinking comfort as well as the water capacity.
Can I leave it on its side in the car?
Keep it upright and secured. Empty the bowl before travelling, close the water control where fitted, and check that the cap and bowl are properly closed. Tilting, bumps or an incorrectly fitted seal can cause spills; this is not an all-position leak-proof container.
Does the bowl detach for cleaning?
The PF131 and D2408 pull-out bowls are not designed to be completely detached—do not force them out. Empty and rinse the bowl after use, and hand-wash following the model’s instructions. D2408 is not dishwasher-safe.
What if little or no water comes out?
Place the dispenser level and open the bowl fully. For PF131, check the lid’s button is aligned with the bowl and its cover is open; for D2408, turn the water-control knob to open. For D2510, check the tank is seated correctly. If flow still seems wrong, contact support rather than forcing the mechanism.
