Which parts are stainless steel?

The removable drinking bowl is stainless steel. The reservoir and base are separate components.

How do I fill and clean it?

Follow the supplied filling instructions, support the reservoir securely while filling and turning, and reassemble on a level surface. Use drinking-quality water. Check and refresh the water daily, and clean the bowl, tank and base regularly. Gravity replenishes the bowl without continuously circulating the water.

What if it leaks or stops refilling?

Check the cap and valve seating, reservoir water level and level placement. Clean accessible debris following the instructions. If the issue persists, stop using the waterer and contact PetNF with your order details and a photo or video.

Where do I get replacement filters?

Replacement cartridges are for the filtered D2416B waterer. Browse Filters & Accessories and select a cartridge labelled for D2416B. If it is not listed, contact PetNF for assistance.
