- Check that the water level meets your fountain manual’s requirements.
- Disconnect power, then clean the pump intake and accessible parts as directed in the manual.
- If the problem continues, contact PetNF Support before buying another pump.

Does this pump fit every PetNF fountain?
No. Use the compatibility list above. Cat fountains use a different pump, and gravity waterers do not need this pump. Contact us if your model is not listed.
Should I buy a pump if mine stops working?
Check the water level and follow the manual’s cleaning steps first. If the problem remains, contact PetNF about quality support before buying a replacement.
