I bought 3 of this item. ( 2 from a different site) My kids are still using it up to now. Easy to clean and love that the light turns red when water is low, even though it is easy to see since it is clear. Anyway, highly recommended. Good quality product.

Large capacity and pump replacement.

Love the large capacity and it's crazy How many impurities at the filter catch. Have to fill it once every 2 days.But I also have five cats. Bonus they send you a little card that if the pump Stops working you can order another.

This is my second fountain from this manufacturer and I initially didn't love my second one because I thought the parts didn't fit quite right. It took a few days for the parts to settle in and I've loved it since. It's super, duper quiet and can hold a lot of water. I cannot stress enough how quiet this fountain can be if properly set up. I do like the light feature and that it turns red when the water is low. Truthfully for the price, this is a great deal and I will definitely repurchase this in the future. It is of good quality and material and I had no issues periodically washing it in the sink. Sometimes I only use water and the old filter that I'm about to dispose to clean the scum from the walls. I'm a bit paranoid about adding soap to my dogs water dish but really had no issues cleaning this. My dog who is very picky about where he drinks water from, but will rather drink water from a puddle than a standing ball. Absolutely enjoys drinking water from this fountain. The attached video is after one whole year of use and to show how quiet it is compared to another similar fountain. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this.

Cats Drink More Water

We had this for 2 years and the pump failed but it was running constantly for those 2 years. We just recently bought a new one for us and one for my grandmother. She saw it and thought it would help her cat as well. The plastic holds up great and it is actually 20 centsish cheaper than when we originally bought it. The cats do go through a lot of water but we dont feel like we are constantly filling it. It is extremely quite and only sometimes do you hear it trickle but that is only when the water level gets low. It is nice to know that we can leave the boys over night and know they have fresh water. I do wish the labels for the "max" & "minimum" water mark, as well as the logo label on front, were made of a plastic type sticker because when you go to clean it, it ends up coming off eventually. This one the spout doesn't sit as tight as the old one or something is a little off where the water comes out the side of the spout a little. That wont hurt anything but its a small annoyance I noticed. You can see it in the video I posted. We started with a different completely clear fountain but one of our boys kept trying to hit it, so we went to the blue top and he likes the contrast I guess. I tried to clean the pump but for a while I couldn't figure out how to get the pump apart to deep clean it until it was too late. I would have just bought a new pump but the pump costs as much as just buying a whole new water fountain. They did include a "straw" brush to clean the spout and the tube for the fountain which is nice! Also 2 filters are included. The indicator light on the pump is very helpful. Our cats drink so much more water with it. We have it set to the fountain attachment and not the bubbler option. Would have been 5 stars had the pump lasted longer than 2 years.
