FAQ
Common questions before buying.
How do I control the temperature?
From the WiFi app on your phone, where you can switch the pad on or off, adjust the temperature and set a timer — no need to walk out to the pet shelter.
What sizes are available?
The WiFi app version comes in two sizes: M 19.7 × 15.7 in (40 × 50 cm) and XL 35.4 × 23.6 in (60 × 90 cm). This page covers the M size. Other sizes in this range are not offered with app control.
How do I clean the pad?
Remove the PVC heating pad first, then machine wash the cover on a gentle cycle. Do not machine wash the heating pad itself.
Can I use it outdoors?
It is intended for sheltered outdoor spaces such as cat houses, covered porches and garages, as well as indoor use. The PVC heating pad body handles everyday moisture, but keep the controller, plug and electrical connections dry and out of direct rain.
