Washing day
Four steps, and the pad never gets wet.
The cover comes off. The heating pad does not go in the machine — wipe it with a cloth only.

Unplug the bed.
Disconnect the USB cord and the power adapter before you touch the cover.

Remove the heating pad.
Take the heating pad out of the bed so only the fabric cover goes for washing.

Wash the cover, wipe the pad.
The fabric cover is machine washable. Wipe the heating pad with a cloth only — do not wash, rinse or immerse it.

Dry it fully, then reassemble.
Let the cover dry completely before putting the heating pad back in and plugging the bed in again.

How do I change the heat level and timer?
Use the two buttons on the digital controller. The display shows either the heat level (L1–L6) or the timer setting. Set a 2, 4, 8, 12 or 24-hour timer, or select 00 for continuous operation.
Can I run it from a power bank?
Yes, as long as the power bank output is 5V/2A. The same applies to a USB car charger. The included adapter is 5V/2A as well. The bed needs to remain connected to external power while heating.
Can the whole bed go in the washing machine?
No. Unplug the bed and remove the heating pad first. The fabric cover is machine washable, but the heating pad must only be wiped with a cloth — do not wash, rinse or immerse it.
