Which home-waterer version should I choose?

Choose Without filter for the simplest cartridge-free routine. Choose With 1 filter if you want water to pass through a cartridge before it reaches the bowl. Activated carbon is used to help reduce chlorine taste and odor; filter cotton helps capture particles passing through it. Both versions need drinking-quality water and regular cleaning.

Is a gravity waterer right for my dog?

It is a useful option when you want water to refill without electricity. Check the product's bowl dimensions and drinking height for your dog. Water does not continuously circulate; if your pet prefers moving water, compare our electric fountains.

How do I refill and care for it?

Follow the supplied filling instructions and place the dispenser on a level surface. Support the home reservoir securely during filling and turning. Check water each day; wash the bowl, reservoir and accessible base areas regularly. More capacity reduces refills, not the need for fresh water and cleaning.

Where can I get filters or help with a quality issue?
